Holiday Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
250g elbow macaroni, cook according to package instruction
4 tbsp bell pepper, chopped and blanched
4 tbsp carrots, chopped and blanched
4 tbsp bagiuo beans, chopped and blanched
1 pc brocolli, chopped and blanched
1 dozen quail egss, boiled and peeled
220 ml mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste
Process
Simply toss all the ingredients together, then season to taste with salt and black pepper.
